Not happy with your bag? You have 14 days from delivery to return it and get your money back.

Cancelling an order

Before dispatch, email us and we will cancel the order. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, use the return procedure below.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@klostain.fr with your order number.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the bag back unused, with all its parts, in its original packaging.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the bag, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method used for the order. We will email you as soon as the refund is issued.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Contact us straight away with photos or a video. We cover the return costs and send a replacement or a refund.

Good to know

• Bags that have been used, washed or are missing parts cannot be refunded.
• Refusing the parcel at delivery is not a return: contact us instead.
