Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the klostain.fr website and any order placed on it. They may be updated at any time; the version online when you order applies.

2. Products and prices

Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in colour rendering on screen are possible. Prices are shown in euros including tax, excluding delivery costs. We may change prices at any time, but the price displayed when you order is the one charged.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. Payments are processed by Stripe over a secure connection; we never see or store your card details. We may refuse an order in the event of an unresolved dispute or an obvious error.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe shown on our delivery page and tracked. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will find a solution.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, with no reason needed. Return the product unused and in its original packaging; return shipping is at your expense. Once the product has been received and checked, we refund you within 14 days.

6. Warranty

All products come with the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse are not covered.

7. Liability

We are liable for the products we sell under the conditions set out by law. We are not liable for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.

8. Personal data

Your data is used only to process orders and answer your questions. You may request access, correction or deletion at contact@klostain.fr.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first so we can find a solution. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
