Every payment made on klostain.fr is processed through a secure connection. Your bank details never pass through our servers.
Payments handled by Stripe
We use Stripe, a payment provider certified to the PCI DSS standard. Card details are entered on a secure Stripe page, encrypted immediately and never accessible to us.
Encrypted connection
The whole site runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption. You can check this by looking for https:// in your browser’s address bar.
3-D Secure
Payments are protected by 3-D Secure. After entering your card details you confirm the payment with your bank, usually with a code sent by text or through your banking app. This extra step protects you against fraudulent use of your card.
What we keep
We only keep the information needed for your order: name, delivery address, email and order details. Card numbers are never stored, neither by us nor by our team.
