Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after payment, Monday to Friday.

Carriers and tracking

Parcels are sent with Colissimo as standard, and can also travel with Mondial Relay or UPS for express delivery. Whichever option you choose, you receive a tracking link to follow your parcel online.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs cover packing and carriage. Packing is a fixed cost, while carriage depends on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping your items into a single order: two separate orders cannot be merged and each one is charged separately.

Packaging

Box sizes are matched to your items, which travel protected in suitable packaging.
